Saturday; April 28, 2018. Be at the Wallisch Homestead to join us! All are welcome, yes, it’s great for YOU too! 65 Lincoln Ave; West Milford, NJ
This day is recognized by the UN’s World Health Organization. Since 1999, folks around the world have gathered outdoors to celebrate World Tai Chi Day on the last Saturday of April, beginning at 10 am, in every time zone. The purpose is to build healthier communities by introducing the many physical and psychological benefits of tai chi, and bring people together to recognize this gift of Chinese culture for its contribution to the arts of healing and wellness.
Bring: A blanket camping/lawn chair, sunscreen, water, and a picnic lunch for yourself or to share for afterwards.
Wear: Comfortable clothing and footwear.
There will be live demos, and 30-45 minute introductory mini workshops for you to enjoy!
The event is FREE, but we hope you will donate something to help support the Wallisch Homestead, which is a beautiful and historical non-profit community center.
Please join us. You will be glad you did.
Co-sponsored by Internal Gardens School of Tai Chi NJ, and Friends of Wallisch Homestead.
